How fast do you respond?

Within 24 hours. Usually faster during business hours (Pacific time).

Is the consultation actually free?

Yes. The first call is free — we use it to understand what you need and decide together if we're a fit. No invoice unless we agree to a scope.

Do I have to know exactly what I want?

No. A lot of clients come to us with a workflow problem and a vague sense of "there should be software for this." Part of our job is helping you figure out exactly what to build.

What if you're not the right fit?

We'll say so on the first call and, where we can, point you toward someone better suited. We'd rather lose the work than ship something we shouldn't have taken on.
