Privacy Policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, what we do not do with it, and the rights you have over your data when you interact with this website or engage Stagg Business Solutions for services.
01. Who we are
This policy is published by Stagg Business Solutions Inc., a Nevada corporation (CAGE 149Y3 · UEI WHRZRJNG39L5). It governs personal information collected through stagg-solutions.com and any direct correspondence sent to us by email, phone, or our contact form.
If you engage Stagg for paid services (a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement), the data-handling terms of that written agreement take precedence over this website policy for any data we process on your behalf.
02. What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to you and to operate the website safely.
From the contact form
- Identification — your name and the company you represent.
- Contact details — email address and, optionally, phone number.
- Message contents — whatever you choose to write to us, including project descriptions, attached requirements, and timelines.
From your browser, automatically
- Server logs — IP address, user-agent string, requested path, response status, and timestamp. Kept for 30 days to identify abuse and diagnose outages.
- Session state — minimal
localStoragevalues used for accessibility preferences (for example, whether you have dismissed the mobile navigation). Never transmitted to our servers.
03. How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and, if there is a fit, to scope a possible engagement.
- To deliver services we have specifically been retained to provide.
- To maintain reasonable security and integrity of our own infrastructure.
- To comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests.
04. What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
- We do not run marketing email campaigns. The only email you receive from us is a direct human response to a message you sent first, or transactional email tied to an active engagement.
- We do not run behavioral analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party advertising scripts on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, and no replay tooling.
- We do not enrich the information you give us with third-party data brokers.
05. Third-party services
A small number of third-party services support this website. We selected each for a specific functional reason and keep the list as short as practical.
- Google Fonts — typography is served from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. Google may log the IP address of font requests under its own privacy policy. - Resend — transactional email delivery for messages sent through our contact form. Subject to Resend's privacy terms.
- Self-hosted infrastructure — the website itself runs on infrastructure operated directly by Stagg. There is no third-party hosting provider with access to your inquiry contents.
06. Customer data on platforms we build
If you have engaged Stagg to build or operate a custom platform, your end-users' data on that platform is not covered by this website policy. It is governed by the Data Processing Addendum or written agreement you signed at the start of the engagement.
Short version: You own your customers' data. We are a processor acting on your written instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not share it with other clients, and we delete or return it on contract termination.
07. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, and the privacy laws of any other US state that grants comparable rights), you may request the following at any time:
- Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — fix anything we have wrong.
- Deletion — remove your inquiry record and any associated correspondence, subject to any overriding legal obligation we may have to retain it.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Opt-out of sale or sharing — automatic; we do not sell or share.
- Non-discrimination — exercising any of these rights will not affect any work we are doing for you.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to resolve within 30 days.
08. Retention
- Inquiry messages — retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted, unless they have become part of an active engagement record.
- Server logs — 30 days.
- Engagement records — for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax and professional record-keeping rules (typically 7 years in the United States).
09. Security
We protect inquiry data with transport-layer encryption (TLS) end-to-end, server-side AES-256 encryption at rest for any structured records, principle-of-least-privilege access controls, and infrastructure that runs entirely on our own equipment rather than on shared third-party platforms. No website can promise perfect security; we promise honest disclosure if anything goes wrong.
10. Children
This website and Stagg's services are directed at businesses and government organizations. They are not intended for use by individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that we have, we delete it.
11. Updates to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page and, where the change is significant, we will notify anyone we have an open engagement with. Older versions are preserved in our internal records and are available on request.
